Financial Engineer

Hanley Group is currently seeking an experienced Financial Engineer to join our development team. This individual will work with other financial engineers, developers and traders to create trading applications and algorithms that meet the needs of the firm.

• An undergraduate degree in finance, programming or computer science
• 2-3 years experience developing statistical models in a trading environment
• Excellent programming and development skills, preferably C#/C++ on both Windows and Linux platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills coupled with a strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
