Trading Application Developer

Hanley Group is currently seeking an experienced Developer to join our development team. This individual will develop and maintain our proprietary trading system including exchange market data adapters and trading front-ends modules.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• An undergraduate degree in programming or computer science
• 3-5 years experience developing multi-threaded applications and developing for Windows/MFC
• A minimum of 2+ years C++ and C# development experience
• Experience with Linux and code optimization
• Experience in the development of financial trading applications
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills coupled with a strong attention to detail
• Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Independence and the ability to code in a clean, modular manner are required
• Experience in the trading industry preferred
