Experienced Trader Development

As Hanley Group expands, so does the need for experienced Traders both on the floor and on the screen. Hanley Group has developed a system of assimilating experienced traders to the Hanley Group philosophy. Hanley Group assigns each new experienced trader a mentor who will work with the trader as they become ingrained into the Hanley Group culture. The mentor provides support for the traders as they become familiar with our trading systems and risk parameters.
